James J. Dolan, CEO: Jim was the CEO of Gordon Pointe Acquisition Corp. (“GPAQ”), a $125m SPAC that successfully closed a transaction with the Hall of Fame Resort & Entertainment Co. (“HOFRE”) on July 1, 2020. Jim Formerly served as a senior executive of Federated Investors, Inc. (NYSE: FH) for 19 years and as the CEO of Federated Services Co., the technology and processing subsidiary of Federated. Jim was the founder of Access Data, a SaaS company providing enterprise-wide data management and analysis for the financial services industry which he sold to Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: BR). Currently, he serves as the Chairman and CEO of Voyager Holdings II, LLC, his family office and holding company which owns and operates companies in the technology, financial services, real estate, aviation and natural resources industries. Jim serves on the board of directors of: Ascent Data, a provider of data center, managed services and business continuity solutions to middle market firms; TriState Capital Holdings (Nasdaq: TSC), a commercial bank in Pittsburgh, PA; Chartwell Investment Partners, an asset management firm with $9 billion in assets under management and a subsidiary of TriState; PlanMember Financial Corporation, a $9 billion broker/ Dealer specializing in retirement planning services to non-profit and for-profit employers and their employees; and Vice Chairman of Hall of Fame Resort & Entertainment Co. (“HOFRE”), multi-use sports, entertainment and media destination centered around the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio.

Nick Adam, VP: Nick served as the Vice President of Gordon Pointe Management, the sponsor company of Gordon Pointe Acquisition Corp. At Gordon Pointe Management, Nick was responsible for deal sourcing, due diligence, transaction structuring,  regulatory compliance and managing the de-SPAC process working with HOFRE management, counsel, accountants, investment bankers, public and private investors and PR firms to ensure a successful transaction.  Nick graduated from Princeton with BA in 2008, and from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan with an MBA in 2015. Prior to Gordon Pointe Management, Nick served as a principal of Alpha Investments, a consulting company that aids businesses with operational, finance and capital matters.
