Laszlo Adam has over 40 years in the private equity industry, investing and owning companies in the aviation, transportation/logistics, oil & gas, and healthcare sectors. In addition to his work with Gordon Pointe Laszlo is the Co-Managing Member of Alpha Investments Holdings LLC and, President of Alex Holdings LLC. He formerly was associated with HealthPoint Capital and remains an LP Investor in their funds. From 1997 until 2003 Laszlo was Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors and an owner of Erickson Air-Crane Incorporated, an integrated manufacturer of super heavy lift helicopters, aka the Sikorsky Sky Crane. Laszlo was Founder and President of the Investment Banking Group of Lepercq, de Neuflize & Co. Incorporated which was established in 1946 as the American investment arm of Banque deNeuflize, Schlumberger, Mallet & Co. From 1980 to 1986, he was Vice President at E.F. Hutton & Company Inc. where he worked with a variety of companies such as Gulfstream Aerospace, Tesoro Corporation and Katy Industries, working closely with Hutton's Vice-Chairmen, Peter Detwiler and Jack Schad.
